Thesia - Third - Thursday

Installed on Thursday 30th of January 2020, Thesia is Signature’s third modular prefabricated house to be successfully implanted in Mallorca within 1 year of adopting the modular construction system for the projects. See our other two modular projects GREGAL and NUVOLA .

The ongoing increasing demand for premium property on the island of Mallorca has driven us to take the path of the technologically advanced modular construction due to the advantages it offers such as:

halved construction time as opposed to a traditional construction site ( 1 year for modular, 2.5 years traditional)
a fixed closed price from start to finish.
no delays related to supply chain as materials and other construction elements are purchased and stored in the factory and immediately available.
no delays caused by adverse weather conditions.

The project is located in Santa Ponsa, in a very quiet residential area, close to the Club Nautico de Santa Ponsa, the beach and the golf courses.

Thesia is comprised of 10 modules that were carefully moved into their dedicated place and interconnected with each other over a period of 8 hours.

Shifting an almost fully built and kitted house from its factory where it has been constructed to the site where it’s meant to be installed on is no easy task and the logistic implications are immense. With this said, we would like to thank everyone involved in the process of getting the house from its inception to the plot.

Works on the modular house have started in the factory in September 2019, and only stopped briefly during the festive period in December, allowing it to be deliverable in January of 2020.

First floor starting to take shape. Upper level is made up of 4 modules.

The project is composed of 4 bedrooms, 3 that make up the entirety of the upper floor and a guest bedroom with en-suite on the ground floor with direct access to the pool area. 1 bathroom upstairs to complement the master bedroom as en-suite and 1 for the other 2 bedrooms. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor.

The plot it is built on measures 1300 square meters and the surface of the property measures 400 square meters.

Thesia is expected to be completed after all architectural landscape works will be concluded in Q2 of 2020.
