OKTOBERFEST IN PUEBLO ESPAÑOL

The Oktoberfest says goodbye to Palma from Thursday 3 to Sunday 6 of October. It will be the last days to enjoy the great beer festival in the Pueblo Español in Palma.

New for this year is the ‘Beer Corner Experience’ section with different beers compared to last year: El Aguila Sin Filtrar, Lagunitas IPA, Hop House and Ladrón de Manzanas.

You could also drink wheat beer and the Oktoberfest Original, as well as gluten-free beer. All that seasoned with German food, with its delicious knuckles, weisswurst sausages, classic frikadellen, meatloaf and salted donut bretzel. There is also a menu for the little ones in the house. All this represented through the scanning system to order the menu more comfortably. The whole enclosure is set and decorated for the occasion in Munich style, with barrels, bartenders in the purest Bavarian style, typical clothing, merchandising with caps and the large menu to accompany an evening in original Bavarian style.

LEGENDS CUP PALMA

The Legends Cup an ATP Champions Tour Event in Palma de Mallorca is contested at the historic Palma Sport and Tennis Club. The tournament brings together the greatest legends in tennis history to compete in a nostalgic, fun and exciting competition.

Palma Sport & Tennis Club, formerly known as Mallorca Tenis Club, was built by the world-renowned architect, Francesc Mitjans, who also designed Camp Nou and other landmark buildings of the rationalist architectural movement. From the moment it opened in 1964, it became known as one of the premier places for aristocrats from all over the world to meet. Among the players that will be present are David Ferrer, former no. 3 ranking ATP, Carlos Moyá former no 1 ranking ATP and more.

PORT DE SOLLER CLASSICAL MUSICAL FESTIVAL

The "Festival de Música Clásica Port de Sóller" will 2019 proudly organize its 15th edition, a milestone that every year reaffirms its great commitment to culture as an investment in the future.

Endorsed by the charisma of great performers like the Vincent Trio of the Berlin Philharmonic, Evelina Dobraceva, Tomasz Tomaszewski, the Dresdner Streich Trio, Rainer Sonne, Wenzel Fuchs, Alexander Zemtsov, Francisco Fullana, members of the Radio Sinfonie Orchestra of Berlin, and a long list with consecrated artists, who passed through the Port de Soller, this festival has been positioned since its beginning in 2005, as an unavoidable cultural event of autumn for lovers of this art.

The Festival de Música Clásica Port de Sóller is held at the Museu Marítim de Mallorca (former Museu de la Mar) in its old oratory, specially adapted for the event. The concerts, which always takes place in the fall, brings musicians of international stature in a charming setting together.
